GrayJay Pay FAQs

   

1. What forms of payment are accepted?

Online payments can be made via VISA or Mastercard, or VISA debit/Debit Mastercard. 

Offline payments can be made via cash, cheque, or etransfer.  E-transfers can be sent to wcmha.cobras@gmail.com (use "hockey" as the password and be sure to include the player's name and division in the message section).  Contact WCMHA to arrange an offline payment and we will add the credit to your account.

2.  Does WCMHA offer a payment plan option on GrayJay Pay?

Yes, Gray Jay Pay offers the option to make payments on your registration fee(s).

During the initial registration process, after you've selected your program(s), go to your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Checkout", enter your credit card information, scroll down past "Order Summary" and check "Make a Partial Payment", select the amount you want to pay (the minimum amount is $5.00), then click "Complete Checkout".  If you want to register now with $0 down, select the "Offline Payment" option at checkout.  

Subsequent payments can be made at any time.  Click HERE for instructions on how to make payments online using GrayJay Pay.

3. How do I register if I am receiving funding to cover the registration fees?

Select the "Offline Payment" option and notify WCMHA that you received or are expecting to receive funding.  WCMHA will add a credit to your account when the funding is received. 

Note: only the registration portion of the fees can be covered by a funding program.  The cost of the cash draw tickets is not eligible for funding.  You will be responisble to pay the cost of the cash draw tickets, which can be paid online via VISA or Mastercard or "offline", via cash, cheque, or etransfer. Please apply for the correct amount of funding.

4. What if my player is attending tryouts outside WCMHA? 

If your player(s) is attending tryouts outside WCMHA, such as SCMHA or TAMHA,  you must register with WCMHA but do not pay your registration fees until the team selection process is complete (select the "Offline Payment" option).  

5. If I am registering multiple players, do I have the option to use different payment methods upcon checkout?

Yes.  You can either pay online in full,use the payment plan option, or you can select the "offline payment" method at checkout to make payments via cash, cheque, or etransfer.  If you select the Offline Payment option you can still make online payments at a later date.  

Contact WCMHA to arrange an offline payment and we will add the credit to your account.

You also have the option of registering your players separately. 

6. When do my fees have to be paid in full?

All fees must be paid in full by November 15, 2023, regardless of the method of payment.
