Registration through HCR.  See instructions below on how to register for a clinic  

Officials must complete the Hockey Canada Officiating Program – Introduction to Officiating prior to registering. If you do not have the Hockey Canada Introduction to officiating completed and on your profile the system will not allow you to complete this registration process.
